Vincent, our principal advisor, is an experienced executive skilled in; corporate and business strategies, working capital management, budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow management, operational management, sales and marketing strategies, and HR and HSE management. This allows him to provide expert financial support tailored to operational need.

After graduating with a master’s in economics and management, Vincent has developed his business acumen working in a variety of departments within businesses ranging from sales and marketing, operational, human resources, and accounting/finance within small to medium, and large enterprises across multiple industries such as manufacturing, IT, building and construction, and engineering.

Kylie is a business transformation leader with experience working across a variety of industries, including IT, financial services, engineering, environmental services, manufacturing, and legal services. Kylie has specialist skills in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, people, culture and change management.

An expert in culture mapping, Kylie has conducted the due diligence and led the integration of over 25 acquisitions globally. Kylie is a Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board Member whilst also proudly serving as an Ambassador for the Queensland Futures Institute. She provides business advisory services and executive coaching both in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Tomago Aluminium

Jason is a manufacturing and operational professional with over 30 years experience in mining, primary metals, and energy. Jason obtained a trade-in fitting, a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.

He has vast experience at BHP and Tomago Aluminium in areas including asset management, lean manufacturing, loss and waste elimination, reliability and OEE improvement, and contractor and vendor management. Jason has always been a key advocate for the identification, resourcing and budgeting for innovation and improvement.

John has over forty years of commercial and marketing experience and has worked in 16 countries. John is a business owner and serves as Chairman of Prodigy+, a marketing firm that specialises in providing support to leading ASX-listed corporations. Now entering its eighteenth year, Prodigy+ enjoys an enviable client list of Australia’s leading blue-chip companies.

Additionally, he serves as Chairman of 3P Studios Pty Ltd, Prodigy Property Pty Ltd, 3P’s Property Pty Ltd and Highland Beef Pastoral Co. Pty Ltd, as well as Director of Prodigy Aviation Pty Ltd and Chief Marketing Officer of Bullion Asset Management Services Pte. Ltd. Singapore.

Virginia is a corporate lawyer advising clients across a range of sectors. With a particular interest in the technology, energy, and climate sectors, Virginia’s key areas of expertise are equity capital markets, governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Virginia has extensive governance and advisory experience across large ASX-listed, government, and private corporations, having advised a range of Boards, Committees and Executives through strategic and operational challenges, many of which involved an acquisition or divestment of a core business unit.

Cyril is a versatile professional with a rich experience in various industries and countries. He graduated Mechanical Engineering in 2004 and spent the last 15 years in manufacturing, starting in the Automotive industry working for Valeo before joining FlexLink, an automation company.

He has occupied various roles in Project Management and Sales before joining Corematic Engineering as the National Key Account Manager in 2019. Familiar with large corporation organizations, Cyril is has also experienced entrepreneuship in the hospitality industry developing an unique skillset. In his spare time, he is an amateur sailor, even lining up for the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race in 2012, amazing!

With 20 year’s experience in business and pre-insolvency, Cheryl has a wealth of understanding and expertise when dealing with business owners and individuals who are facing financial crisis in their lives. 

Her early career experience gained from working in London and the Middle East has given her the ability to deal clients from all walks of life facing a wide variety of issues. While her greatest area of expertise is in putting strategies together for business and individuals facing immediate solvency issues, she is passionate in trying to assist business owners in reviewing their structures during profitable times and put measures in place which improve outcomes during times of financial stress.

Managing Director, Op2 Project Delivery specialist Since joining the industry in 2004, Michael has supported a broad range of multi-billion dollar Railway, Infrastructure, Construction and Transportation projects across Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America.

In Australia, Michael has led the project and progress control for the Queensland New Generation Rolling stock (NGR) Project, starting from its early days to the successful delivery and entry into service of the first trains in South East Queensland. He has since then supported other major contracts such as Melbourne Metro Tunnels, Stations & Signalling, Sydney Metro City & South West, Sydney WestConnex and the Australian Future Submarine Defence Program, by sharing his expertise to support a successful project delivery. Michael also leads FACCI’s QLD Transport and Infrastructure subcommittee, where he facilitates key industry sessions regarding Transport and Infrastructure developments in QLD, bringing together public and private sector professionals for development and collaboration.

An expert in culture mapping, Kylie has conducted the due diligence and led the integration of over 25 acquisitions globally. Kylie is the Chief Transformation Officer at QANTM IP Group and currently holds a Non-Executive Director board position with Position Partners and an Advisory Board position with Intellect Labs. She is also an Ambassador for the Queensland Futures Institute.

In addition to her work commitments, Kylie is a keen philanthropist and works closely with The Smith Family, Rainbow House Iligan orphanage in the Philippines and Willow International, a global anti-trafficking organisation. A well-known and respected communicator, Kylie is an accomplished key note speaker, a frequent guest on ABC Radio and regularly publishes articles on her blog and linkedin.

CEO of Canaria Technologies, one of the early leaders in predictive biometric systems, Alex has been noted by the BBC as ‘the model changing the future of space medicine’. 2019 saw Alex recognised by The Australian as one of the leading 3 inventors working in Brisbane, and by Vogue Australia as one of the world's top young innovators in technology.

Alex Moss is also a passionate role-model for women in technology; regularly mentoring and running events to promote female leadership in STEAM fields. She has established her specialization in applying high accuracy AI-enabled medical grade devices in the heavy industries to predict serious medical incidents in workforces before they happen: namely, predicting heat exhaustion and extreme cognitive fatigue in the aerospace, defence and resources sectors.

Angus is a technology professional with extensive experience across high-risk environments, specifically: Government (Defence), Defence Industry (Prime Manufacturers), and Energy (Oil and Gas). He has previously served on Industry Advisory Boards, and actively mentors several owners and founders of cyber-security and technology firms within the Defence Industry sector.

This venture achieved considerable success with multiple industry awards, including recognition by the Prime Minister of Australia as employer of the year 2019. In June 2019, just 4 1/2 years after inception, BCT Solutions was acquired by Accenture and integrated into their Australian service arm.
